Opti*Pro/Part(TM) for Pro/ENGINEER(R) provides an interface fromPro/ENGINEER sheet metal mode or part mode to the Optimization's NCExpert. Opti*Pro/Part operates on a Pro/ENGINEER part which is flat orfor which a flat pattern exists. Opti*Pro/Part can be invoked non-interactively by utilizing a non-graphics session of Pro/ENGINEER.Opti*Pro/Part first retrieves the specified flat parts. It then extractsPPI from the part model and assigns PPI from the suspend file. Finally,the part geometry and PPI are exported.
